1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of youthit.com.au (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Yarra Vibe Pty Ltd ("Youthit", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Product Information and Health Disclaimer

All products sold on the Site are dietary supplements listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). Product descriptions reflect the permitted indications for each listed product.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If symptoms persist, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a pre-existing medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before use. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, and any content is provided for general informational purposes only.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email accepting your order.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is confirmed. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy, available separately on the Site.

7. Returns and Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images and the Youthit® trademark, is owned by or licensed to Yarra Vibe Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who breaches these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yarra Vibe Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any dispute arising from these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
