SHIPPING AND RETURNS INFORMATION
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and volume of your order, as well as your specified destination. This fee will appear as “Shipping” during checkout. All orders within Australia containing 2 or more items qualify for free standard shipping.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within three working days, however, there may be delays during peak sales and promotional periods. You will be able to view your order tracking number in the My Orders section of your account – this tracking number can be used for shipping status enquiries. Delivery times will vary based on location.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Shipping within Australia is generally carried out by Australia Post, though we may opt to use an alternate service where necessary. Please ensure a valid address is supplied – we can deliver to residential, business and PO Box addresses.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not cancel orders or issue refunds based on “change of mind.” In accordance with your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Commonwealth) (which cannot be waived), we will replace or provide compensation for products that have been delivered and confirmed to have quality issues or damage. To return such items, please submit a request via our “Contact Us” page within 24 hours of delivery. We regret that we cannot provide after-sales service for requests submitted after this period.
