DIRECTIONS

DOSAGE: Adults – Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

· This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 μg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
· If symotoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.
· Store below 30°C in a cool dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
· Do not use if the seal is broken or missing.
